Terms of use and purchase

Products and formats

Each product page states its theme, page count, formats and price. The Switzerland collection includes 25 designs in a landscape A4 PDF and individual PNG files grouped in a ZIP archive. PNGs have a white background. No physical book, drawing materials or colouring application is included.

Public images are reduced previews; those inside a collection carry a watermark. Pack files are delivered without that watermark. Category illustrations are editorial images and do not represent a collection being sold unless a product page explicitly says so.

Price, payment and placing an order

Prices are shown in your selected currency. The final amount and applicable taxes must be identified before payment is confirmed. Selecting a currency does not determine tax residence.

Pay by card through Stripe Checkout or by PayPal when enabled. The server verifies the payment amount, currency and order before granting access. A cancelled or failed payment does not grant files. Do not send money by another method.

Digital delivery

After payment verification, access is provided on screen and by email, without an account. Your email address must be correct. The private access link is valid for 7 days after payment and allows up to 20 file downloads. If it expires or you need help recovering access, email admin@traceo.art with your order details.

You need a PDF reader, a ZIP extraction tool and, for digital colouring, an app that imports PNGs. Compatibility depends on your app and device; a native Procreate file is not included.

Personal licence

You may print pages for your personal use and colour them on your devices. You may share a photograph of your completed work without offering the original file for download.

You may not resell, distribute or publish downloadable files, incorporate them into another product or use them commercially without permission. For professional use, group educational use or another licence, contact admin@traceo.art. These terms do not extend intellectual property rights beyond applicable law.

Right of withdrawal

Distance purchases generally carry a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the exception applies only when legal requirements are met: prior express consent to begin performance during that period, acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and contractual confirmation on a durable medium.

Browsing, ticking a general checkbox or paying does not by itself remove this right. When immediate delivery is enabled, specific and separate consent will be requested. If the exception does not apply, you may withdraw by emailing admin@traceo.art with the order details and an unambiguous statement; no particular form is compulsory.

Conformity and support

You retain statutory rights concerning the conformity of digital content. If a file does not work, a page is missing or the product differs from what was agreed, email admin@traceo.art for review and the applicable remedies, including bringing it into conformity, a price reduction or termination where the law provides. Downloading does not remove these rights.

Law and changes

The terms communicated at purchase apply to that order. Later updates do not retroactively change a purchase. Spanish law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence.
